缓解期慢性阻塞性肺病患者最大呼吸压力测定及其临床意义

摘    要:为探讨缓解期COPD患者呼吸肌功能,用Black法测定了167例缓解期COPD患者及277例同年龄组健康查体者最大呼吸压力(MEP和MIP)。结果:国人50~70岁健康者MEP男性(9.80±2.40)kPa,女性(7.11±2.33)kPa;MIP男性(6.16±2.32)kPa,女性(4.40±1.93)kPa。COPD患者仅男性MIP显著低于对照组(P<0.01),余与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。MIP降低主要受肺容量影响,而MEP无此现象。说明效解期COPD患者无呼吸肌疲劳。

Abstract:Maximal respiratory pressure can more directly and accurately response the strength of respiratory muscle. To study the function of respiratory muscle in patients with stable COPD, maximal expiratory pressure (MEP) and rnaximal inspiratory pressure (MIP ) were measured in 167 stableCOPD patients of 50 to 70 years and 277 normal subjects of the same age interval with Black method. The results showed that MEP and MIP were (9. 80 ± 2. 40) kPa, (6. 16 ± 2. 32) kPa for males, (7. 11 ±2. 33)kPa, (4. 40±1. 93)kPa for females respectively. Only was MIP in men with COPD statistically lower than that in the control.MIP can be mainly influenced by lung capacity,while MEP can not be influenced- As was statedabove, no respiratory muscle fatigue was observedin stable COPD patients.
