Research on Railway Communication Finish Service System

According to the demands of service development in Chinese Railway Communication Company, Computer Telephone Integration was used to make job completion registration of work area computerized and networked. This paper describes the business location, network, development platform, and function structure of the system and discusses the key technologies of business flow and privilege management. The application showed that it is economical and of high efficiency and can facilitate the construction of information system of the company.
