| 摘 要： | 为了提高使用扭矩扳手时螺纹连接的可靠性,设计了制动夹钳单元紧固件拧紧及数据采集系统。从控制扭矩原理入手并在充分考虑零件工艺的基础上,介绍了本系统的设计方法。该系统在制动夹钳流水线上,使用效果良好,产品质量得到了有效的保证。

| Abstract: | In order to improve threaded connection reliability of torque wrench,screw and data acquisition system for fasteners of brake caliper unit is designed and applied in production system.This article introduces its design method from torque control principle point based on parts technology of overall consideration.This system works on brake caliper production line and runs very well,and production quality is guaranteed successfully. |
