铁路电子产品生产过程中的静电防护问题研究

结合机辆所在铁路电子产品研发、生产过程中的经验,分析了生产全过程包括运输、检验、组装、测试、包装、仓储等环节可能产生静电的因素,介绍了静电的危害与特点,提出从配备人体静电防护用品、提供静电防护设施与装备、控制环境温湿度、制定静电管理制度4个方面来落实静电防护措施的方法。

Shudy on Electrostatic Protection of Railway Electro-product during Production

This article analyses the cause of electrostatic discharge in full processing including transportation,inspection,assembling,testing,package and storage according to the experience that Locomotive and Car Research Institute accumulated during study and production for railway electro-product,and introduces the characteristic and harm of electro-static discharge.Four methods that furnishing human appliance for anti-electron,providing facility and equipment for anti-electron,controlling temperature and humidity of surrounding,and making anti-electron management are set up to carry on electrostatic protection.
