摘    要:单辅变流器是CIT400动车组上重要的大型电气设备,作为电器部件的载体变流器箱体的强度非常重要,应用Solidworks/COSMOS软件完成了对单辅变流器箱体的有限元分析,通过分析对箱体静强度进行了校核,在标准要求冲击载荷作用下,箱体的强度设计满足实际应用的需要;同时完成了对箱体的模态分析,得到箱体的固有振动特性,为后续设计过程中有效的避免共振对箱体产生不良的影响提供数据支持。

Abstract:Single auxiliary converter unit(ACU) is the requisite large-scale electrical equipment for CIT400 EMU,and the mechanical strength of the converter cabinet which is the carrier of electrical components is very important.In this paper the finite element analysis of ACU cabinet structure was finished by using Solidworks/COSMOS.According to the static strength analysis results,the structure strength design of the converter cabinet could meet the needs of practical application under the impact loading of the standard requirements.The modal analysis on the cabinet mechanical structure was completed,and the cabinet inherent vibration characteristics were obtained,which provides useful data support to avoid cabinet structure resonance in subsequent design work.
