摘    要:利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对某敞车车体进行静强度分析,通过分析结果比较AAR规范与我国TB/T1335-1996标准的差异。结合两个标准与敞车车体相关的规定,分别对单个载荷和组合载荷的结果进行详细分析。由对比分析表明,在敞车车体结构强度的评定分析中,TB/T 1335-1996标准比AAR规范更保守,但却体现着我国铁道车辆试验与工艺水平。因此,在现阶段这两个标准仍然可作为我国货车车体结构强度设计与试验的主要依据。

Abstract:Static strength for gondola body is analyzed by using the finite element software ANSYS.The analysis results show differences between AAR Standard and China TB/T 1335-1996 standard.Combining two standards about gondola body regulations,detailed analyses are given separately to results of single load and combined load.Comparative analysis shows TB/T 1335-1996 standard which reflects China railway vehicle test and technology level is more conservative than AAR standard in gondola body structure strength assessment analysis.So AAR standard or TB standard is still the primary reference for China wagon body structure strength design and test at this stage.
