摘    要:为研究弹性悬挂设备对列车整备车体模态的影响,将车体结构等效为自由梁,建立车体结构的n阶垂弯振动方程,并联合车体结构与设备的刚体振动,建立整备车体的刚柔耦合运动方程。通过求解系统运动方程的特征根问题,得到设备的质量、悬挂频率和悬挂位置对整备车体模态的影响规律。结果显示,当弹性悬挂设备的悬挂频率远小于车体结构1阶垂弯频率时,其质量和位置对整备车体模态影响较小,但当其悬挂频率接近车体结构1阶垂弯频率时,将使整备车体1阶垂弯频率急剧减小,且设备越靠近车体中央位置,减小越明显。

Abstract:In order to study the effect of equipment with flexible suspension on modal of train car-body in the preparation conditions,its first vertical bending vibration equation was established with the car-body structure considered as a beam with free vibration,and the motion equation coupling rigid and flexible body of car-body in the preparation conditions was set up together with the rigid body vibration equation of car-body structure and equipment.Effect trend of equipment’s mass,suspension frequency and suspension location on modal of car-body in the preparation conditions was obtained by solving the eigenroot of the system.Results of analysis show that when the suspension frequency of equipment is much less than the first vertical bending frequency of car-body structure,its mass and location have few effect on modal of car-body in the preparation conditions.But when the suspension frequency of equipment is close to the first vertical bending frequency of car-body structure,the first vertical bending frequency of car-body in the preparation conditions will decrease dramatically,and the closer to car-body’s central location the equipment is,the more obvious the decrease will be.
