33t大轴重机车的轮轨动作用力研究

摘    要:在铁路线路允许的条件下,开行大轴重货运机车是解决货运紧张矛盾的主要办法。结合正在设计的某型33t大轴重机车转向架结构,计算分析了一系软、二系硬和一系硬、二系软两种设计方案的33t轴重机车的轮轨力。通过与25t轴重机车的轮轨作用力比较,得出了33t轴重机车的轮轨力增加幅度。同时,分析了一系横向刚度变化对此33t轴重机车横向轮轨力的影响。

Abstract:Under railway condition allowed,using heavy axle load locomotive is the main way to increase freight transport.Referring to a certain module of 33taxle load,wheel-rail forces are analysed for both locomotive with soft primary suspension,hard second suspension and one with opposite suspension design.Rate of increase in wheel-rail forces is obtained by comparison with 25taxle load locomotive.Meanwhile,the influence of lateral rigidity on 33taxle load module is analysed.
