摘    要:通过对23t轴重铝制浓硝酸罐车设计方案的车体强度计算分析,逐步改进结构设计,优化设计方案,以满足TB/T 1335-1996标准的考核要求。

Abstract:The shipment of concentrated nitric acid medium requires aluminum tank for Railway.How to meet the assessment requirements of the 70 t class truck for aluminum tank cars becomes a subject.On the basis of concluding domestic GH40LK aluminum tanker experience and drawing on the proven technology of foreign aluminum tanker,the designers has finished the strength calculation and analysis of the car body of the aluminum tanker of 23t axle load.According to the results of calculations,they would gradually improve and optimize the structure design to meet the requirements.
