摘    要:一系悬挂刚度对车辆非线性稳定性、曲线通过动力学性能影响较大,优化一系悬挂刚度可以提高车辆的运行稳定性。通过根轨迹法对某转向架的一系纵向、横向刚度进行了优化,并以最优一系刚度方案对车辆的非线性临界速度、运行平稳性以及曲线通过性能进行了动力学评价。车辆采用优化后的一系刚度参数后,具有良好的舒适度,运行高速度与曲线通过性能也满足实际运行要求。

Abstract:Primary suspension has larger effect to vehicle nonlinear stability,linear performance and curving behavior,optimized the primary suspension can improve the running performance of vehicle.This paper uses root-locus method to optimize the primary longitudinal and lateral stiffness of one bogie,and evaluates the nonlinear critical speed,running stability and curving behavior according to optimization primary stiffness.By using the optimization primary stiffness the vehicle has good comfort,running speed and curving behavior can also meet the practical operation requirements.
