委内瑞拉铁路DSA250弓网受流特性分析

摘    要:为提高设计开发的效率,在设计初期对弓网运行工况进行仿真,得到可信的仿真数据,为实际运用提供理论支持,可以大大提高设计开发的效率。根据中国总承包设计的委内瑞拉接触网和动车组的特点,利用有限元软件ANSYS得到接触网模型和受电弓三质量块模型,在利用接触对技术得到弓网耦合模型,对弓网受流特性进行了全面研究。其结果表明:弓间距100m工况下,DSA250受电弓最大运行速度可达220km/h,最大试验速度可达250km/h。DSA250受电弓满足设计要求。

Abstract:To improve the efficiency of design and development,the simulation of pantograph-catenery operating conditions were gone on to get credible simulation data and provide theoretical support for practical use in the early design stage.And it can greatly improve the efficiency of design and development.In this paper,the catenary model and pantograph modal was established by use of the finite element software ANSYS,and then the two models was coupled by contact elements to form a pantograph-catenary system model to conduct a comprehensive study according to the characteristics of the Venezuelan catenary and EMUs that totally designed by China.The results show that DSA250 pantograph maximum operating speed can be up to 220 km/h,and maximum test speed can be up to 250 km/h when the space is 100 m.And DSA250 pantograph can meet the design requirements.
