摘    要:通过对HXN5内燃机车集中通风系统的分析研究及国内外通风机不同执行标准的对标分析,进一步验证了通过改进通风机材料和结构型式,不但可达到提高通风机性能,降低风机功率的目的,而且利于简化机车总体布局,降低机车辅助功率。同时采用FLUENT软件对车架风道进行的流体仿真分析,对管网布局和管道内的流量分配进行优化,从而确保机车整个通风系统的良好匹配性。

Abstract:By analyzing and studying centralized ventilation system of HXN5 locomotive and various standards about blowers at home and abroad,the facts have been further verified that by improving the material and structure of blower,we can not only improve blower performance and reduce blower power,but also simplify the overall layout of the locomotive and reduce locomotive auxiliary power.At the same time,we have adopted FLUENT software as a tool on fluid simulation for platform air duct to optimize the duct layout as well as flow distribution,and then ensure a good match between blower and pipe network throughout the locomotive.
