| 摘 要： | 介绍了和谐型大功率机车牵引电机种类及参数,以及和谐型大功率机车检修基地牵引电机的检修任务、设计原则、检修流水线组成;结合武汉、广州、上海等大功率机车检修基地牵引电机检修流水线设计实例,总结并归纳出牵引电机检修流水线的工艺设计总体平面布局图以及检修流程图,并对各检修流水线能力及关键瓶颈工序进行了能力核算。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the traction motor types of HX-type high power locomotive,and the parameters,maintenance tasks,design principles,and constitution of HX-type high power locomotive depot pipeline.Based on the traction motor repair pipeline design cases in Wuhan,Guangzhou,Shanghai depot,it summarizes and concludes general plane layout and flow diagram of the traction motor repair pipelines.At last,it checks the capacity in repairing all the pipelines and the key bottleneck procedures. |
