机车轮缘干式减磨新技术的应用研究

摘    要:介绍了基于表面工程原理的新型轮缘干式减磨技术。应用研究表明这种采用金属减摩修复技术的产品不但安全、适用,其两种适用于不同线路产品的减磨效果,较既用产品分别提高了8%和40%以上。

Abstract:A new wheel flange wear-reducing technology based on the surface theory is introduced in this paper.The application research shows that 2 products using "metal friction-reducing and renovating technology" for different rail lines are not only safe and applicative,but also more effective than the traditional products over 8% and 40% respectively.
