摘    要:基于结构有限元仿真和样机试验,重点对我国铁路货车径向转向架U型副构架的结构刚度进行研究。计算和试验结果均表明,副构架左右鞍的相对弯扭刚度很小,其制造误差引起的轴承附加载荷可忽略不计。另外,计算结果还表明:径向载荷工况下,副构架横向弹性变形刚度约为30MN/m,能够满足轮对径向装置的设计要求;制动载荷工况下,副构架纵向弹性变形刚度约为14 MN/m,为控制该变形导致的轴距扩大,必要时应在侧架导框和副构架鞍部设置纵向档。

Abstract:Based on structural FE simulation and prototype testing,the structural stiffness of U-shaped sub-frame of freight car radial bogie was mainly researched.The calculating and test results both show that the relative bending and torsional stiffness of left saddle and right saddle of sub-frame is very low,so the extra loads on bearings introduced by the manufacturing tolerance of sub-frame can be neglected.Additionally,the calculating results also show that the transverse elastic deformation stiffness of sub-frame is about 30 MN/m under radial load case.It can satisfy the design requirements of wheelset radial device.And under the brake load case,the longitudinal elastic deformation stiffness of sub-frame is about 14 MN/m.So in order to control the enlargement of wheelbase induced by this deformation,the longitudinal stop should be set between side frame pedestal and sub-frame saddle.
