| 摘 要： | 介绍了96头钢轨打磨列车用集尘装置的技术要点、结构组成、工作原理和设计研究的主要内容。使用集尘装置,可以将打磨钢轨产生的粉尘通过滤清后收集到集尘箱中定期处理,有利于劳动保护和环境保护,是现代钢轨打磨列车采用的新技术装置,也可以应用到其他各类打磨车上。

| Abstract: | This article introduces the technical requirements,structure and composition,working principle,design and research of dust collectors used for rail grinding trains.Using the dust collectors in rail grinding trains can collect,filtrate and dispose regularly the mill dust caused by grinding.It is good to protect the labor and environment.The dust collectors,which are the devices of new technology,are used for the modern rail grinding trains and also for other kind of grinding trains. |
