摘    要:按照"源-路径-响应"的NVH控制分析方法,分析了怠速车内轰鸣音的产生原因及影响因素,逐步对"源"、"路径"、"响应"进行了测试与分析。问题车"源"的振动噪声与商品车一致,"路径"传递比商品车差,但其不是主因,客户对"响应"本体做了结构更改,导致前围顶盖怠速共振且与改变的车内声腔模态发生声固耦合,加剧了轰鸣音。结合客户车辆现状,只能通过增加前顶盖横梁、增加补强材来提高前顶盖局部模态,避免共振,改进后期验证效果较好,满足客户诉求。

Application of"Source"-"Path"-"Response"Analysis on Idding Booming Noise of a motorhome
Abstract:In accordance with the"source-path-response"NVH control analysis method,this paper studies the main influencing factors of the booming noise in the idling vehicle by testing and analyzing the"source","path"and"response"respectively.The vibration and noise of the problem vehicle"source"is the same as that of the commercial vehicle,and the"path"transmission performance is weaker than that of the commercial vehicle.Customers have changed the structure of the"response",which leads to the resonance of the front wall top cover and the acoustic solid coupling with the changed interior acoustic cavity mode,which intensifies the ideal booming sound,and which is the key factor for the booming sound in the idle car.Combined with the current situation of the customer’s vehicle,the local modal frequency of the front cover is improved by adding the front cover beam and reinforcement material,the resonance phenomenon is also eliminated.The actual verification shows that the effect is good and meets the customer’s demand.
