摘    要:为研究车轮镟修工艺对动车组车轮多边形的影响,对落轮镟床和不落轮镟床2种车轮镟修方式进行对比分析.其中不落轮镟床采用2个摩擦驱动轮的V形定位,因此当镟修过程中驱动轮径跳过大或车轮存在严重多边形时,镟修后可能无法完全消除车轮多边形,出现镟后车轮保留多边形形态的现象,并导致车轮多边形继续发展.通过分析不落轮镟床的工作原理、定...

Abstract:To study the influence of the wheel reprofiling process on wheel polygon, two reprofiling methods,which are conventional wheel lathe and underfloor wheel lathe, were compared and analyzed. Among them,V-shaped positioning of two friction driving wheels was adopted for the underfloor wheel lathe, so when the radial runout of the driving wheel diameter is excessive or a serious wheel polygon exists during the reprofiling,the wheel polygon may not be completely eliminated, thus leading to the further development of the wheel polygon. By analyzing the working principle, positioning mode, and reprofiling process of the underfloor wheel lathe, two improvement schemes were put forward, one is two-blade reprofiling, and the other is the support by the lower part of the journal box body. It is proved that the two schemes can improve the reprofiling quality of wheel polygon and improve the roundness state of the reprofiled wheel with effect.
