In the three-level management structure of railways,basic stations and depots are the foundation of efficient operation of railways nationwide,and there are various management modes.The management modes of some stations and depots do not match the overall reform pace of railway.Problems such as numerous institutions,bloated management structure,waste of resources and low employees'enthusiasm exist in the three passenger stations originally under direct administration of Shenyang area.After the three passenger stations are integrated,a series of advantages such as efficient operation,resource saving and improvement of employees'enthusiasm are gradually reflected.The resource integration mode of Shenyang railway terminal can provide reference for the integration and rational utilization of resources of similar passenger stations.
