| 摘 要： | 近年来发生的高速船舶航行安全事故大多与瞭望过失有关,论文以高速船的正规瞭望为研究对象,简要分析了高速船瞭望的含义与重要性,概述了高速船瞭望与其他船舶瞭望的区别,并重点阐述了高速船应如何保持正规瞭望.

| Abstract: | Look-out negligence has become a main cause of high-speed craft accidents in recent years.This paper analyses the meaning and importance of keeping proper look-out on high-speed craft,points out the difference of look-out on high-speed craft and common ships and explains how to keep a proper look-out on high-speed craft. |
