基于模糊数学的海底管道风险评价方法研究

摘    要:海底管道风险评价技术是一门新型的管理技术。文中在简要介绍管道风险评价技术现状的基础上,通过对海底管道风险评价中存在的客观困难及现行风险评价方法局限性的分析,阐述了进行海底管道模糊综合评价的必要性。文中探讨了风险模糊综合评价的程序和方法,并在此基础上,通过实例验证了海底管道风险模糊综合评价的实用性。将模糊数学理论引入到海底管道的风险评价,为海底管道的安全管理提供了可借鉴的科学依据。
