| 摘 要： | 船舶业发达国家广泛应用融资租赁这一重要的金融工具,解决船舶行业特殊的融资需求难题,而我国融资租赁的发展却相对滞后.目前巨大的市场潜力和潜在需求为船舶融资租赁业的发展带来了良好机遇.文章从技术经济学角度,采用现值分析法探析了德国KG船舶融资租赁模式的优势,以为为借鉴,剖析了影响现值分析法应用有效性的重要因素.
