| Abstract: | Guangzhou was the starting point of China's shipping routes to Europe,the U.S.and southeast Asian countries long ago.Foreign trade promoted a prosperous and sustainable development in Guangzhou city.Guangzhou has therefore become a very important port city in China and even the world.The City possesses a richful marine history and culture.This paper analyses and reviews the marine culture of Guangzhou city since the great navigation era from several aspects. |
