| 摘 要： | 文中进一步明确了“工学交替”人才培养模式的概念，介绍了其主要类型，设计了汽车运用技术专业“四段三轮”式工学交替人才培养模式，探索了该人才培养模式的组织实施办法，并结合“工学交替”人才培养特点，构建了基于工作过程的“作业流程”课程体系。
