| 摘 要： | 文中基于隐性能力的内涵及其意义，分析了交通行业的岗位职责对学生隐性能力方面的要求，阐述了在英语教学中的应用实践及成效。笔者认为，行业的大发展离不开高素质人才的培养，包括隐性能力的培养，应该重视学生隐性能力的培养。

| Abstract: | This paper,based on the implication and significance of tacit abilities,analyzes the requirements on students' tacit abilities' cultivation in taking on the responsibility of communications industry and illustrates how to cultivate students' tacit abilities in teaching English with the introduction to the achievements.It argues that the great development of industry is closely related to the cultivation of high-quality talents,including cultivation of tacit abilities,and much attention should be paid to it. |
