| 摘 要： | 文中以笔者赴美研修院校之一——阿拉莫学院为个案，对阿拉莫学院采取的面向多样化礼区发展需求、助推学员成功的愿景与目标体系、多样化和人本化的课程设置体系、持续改进和关注绩效的KPI评价体系进行了总结分析，并在此基础上提出我国高职院校发展的若干启示和建议。
