摘    要:为提高快速成型产品的成型精度和效率,提出了一种快速成型自适应分层算法.该算法通过重新构建STL模型拓扑信息,结合交点追踪法和交点标记法,根据相邻切片层的面积差比率自动调节分层层厚,实现对STL模型的自适应分层.实例分析表明,该算法运行稳定、分层效率高、可靠性好.

Abstract:An adaptive slicing algorithm of rapid prototyping was proposed in order to improve the forming precision and efficiency of product in rapid prototyping.In the algorithm,the topological information of STL model was established.And the adaptive slicing process was implemented using the method with combination of intersection points tracking and marking.The slicing thickness was automatically calculated according to the area differential ratio of adjacent slices.An example was given,demonstrating that the algorithm is stable,efficient and reliable.
