摘    要:在VDYM模型基础上完善了ABS仿真模型,将其下载到RTPC工控机中实时运行.利用Labcar IP中对硬件板卡进行配置与连接,并通过试验环境EE对数据进行监控和记录.在高/低附着路面下的ABS硬件在环测试表明,所得到的速度变化曲线和轮缸压力曲线更接近真实道路下的试验结果,从而验证了该系统能够满足ABS控制器进行硬件在环测试的需要.

HIL Test of ABS Controller Based on Labcar System

Abstract:On the basis of VDYM model,a modified ABS simulation model is downloaded and run in RTPC.Board cards are configured and connected in Labcar IP.Experiment data is monitored and recorded in Experiment Environment.According to the results of experiment on high-adhesion and lowadhesion road,the curves of velocity and pressure in wheel cylinders are close to those on real road.Thus,this system is proved to satisfy the requirements of the HIL test towards ABS controller.
