基于核支持向量机和盲源分离的活塞-缸套动态间隙监测方法研究

摘    要:获取柴油机活塞-缸套的动态间隙是改进柴油机活塞-缸套设计、降低柴油机振动噪声、对其实行视情维修的重要技术保障.文中利用盲源分离和盲源消去法,克服了传统盲源处理存在的幅值不确定性问题,准确分离得到了活塞-缸套撞击激起的机体振动响应信号.研究了基于核支持向量机回归模型.为提高活塞-缸套间隙的测量精度,提出了一种基于遗传算法的支持向量机参数优化方法.实验研究表明,所提出的活塞-缸套监测方法是可行的.

Research on the Dynamic Clearance Monitoring Between Piston and Cylinder Based on Kernel Support Vector Machine and Blind Signal Procesing

Abstract:It is very significant to obtain the clearance between the piston and cylinder of a diesel engine design for reducing noise and predictive maintenance.Firstly this paper presents a method to get the vibration response created by the piston slap with blind source separation and the uncertainty of scaling of the vibration response has been solved.Secondly the regressive model of the cylinder-piston clearance has been investigated based on kernel SVM,and in order to increase the accuracy for monitor the clearance,the genetic algorithm for optimizing the parameters of the SVM model is presented too.At last the experimental research has been exploited,and the results show that the method to monitor clearance is feasible and effective.
