基于模糊综合法的高校科研团队创新能力分析

高等学校科研创新能力已逐渐成为一个国家科研水平的重要标志．目前，我国科研团队投入较大，但创新能力水平不高，其主要问题是对创新能力提升的问题认识不清晰，造成事倍功半．本文研究了高校科研团队目前创新能力的发展现状，通过模糊综合评价法分析我国高校创新能力的综合水平，并针对我国高校整体创新能力水平不高的问题提出了相应的意见和建议．

Analysis of university scientific research team innovation ability level based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method

The level of scientific research innovation in colleges and universities has gradually become an important symbol of a national scientific research level. At present, scientific research teams in our country have been invested really a lot, while the general level of innovation capacity hasn＇t been im- proved much as expected. The main problem was that issues related to the promotion of innovation ca- pacity haven＇t been understood in depth, which leading to the wasted investment effort. The current comprehensive level of innovation capacity of scientific research teams in colleges and universities was mainly researched in this paper. The comprehensive level of innovation capacity of scientific research teams in colleges and universities in our country was analyzed based on the fuzzy comprehensive evalua- tion method. And the problems which restricted the improvement of level of innovation capacity were also analyzed. Furthermore, some useful suggestions were proposed.
