摘 要: | 为分析验证接触电阻对轴频电流回路的影响,通过简化舰船轴系结构提出了接触电阻物理模型并进行了接触电阻实验.电阻试件接通恒定电流,利用Powertest软件编写加载方案为试件加载均匀增加或周期循环的接触压力.利用LabVIEW软件编写采集程序对电阻试件两端电压进行实时采集,并计算接触电阻变化曲线.实验结果表明,接触压力是接触电阻的重要影响因素,也证明了接触电阻是产生轴频电场的一个影响重要原因.

Abstract: | In order to analyze the effect of contact resistance on the shaft frequency current loop,the contact resistance physical model is presented and contact resistance experimental is accomplish by simplifying the structure of ship shafting.Resistance specimen switched constant current,experimental plan is written by Powertest software to load uniformly increase or cycle contact pressure on resistance specimen.Using the software platform of LabVIEW acquisition program for resistance specimen voltage real-time data acquisition,and the calculation of contact resistance curves.Experimental results show that the contact pressure of the contact resistance is an important factor,but also proved that the contact resistance is an important cause of an impact on the shaft-frequency electric field. |
