摘    要:为了确定沥青摊铺机摊铺聚合物混凝土一次成型的设备配套与工作参数,通过理论推导和实验研究,探讨了主要设备、辅助设备与主导设备之间的匹配关系与方法,确定了摊铺作业参数的合理范围,建立了搅拌站、运输车与摊铺机合理配套的计算公式,并以机械富裕系数之差的平方和最小为优化目标,建立了一次摊铺成型机械设备优化配置的数学模型.研究结果表明摊铺机作业时存在着与振动参数相应的门槛速度,只有摊铺速度低于门槛速度时,才能一次摊铺成型;应用机械设备优化配置的数学模型可以得到符合约束条件的机械设备最优组合.

Equipment Matching and Parameter Optimization on One-time Paving Construction of Polymer Cement Concrete

Abstract:In order to determine the equipment matching and working parameters on one-time paving construction by employing asphalt paver to pave the polymer cement concrete,according to the theoretical derivation and experimental study,this paper explored the matching relationship and methods among the major equipment,main equipment and assistive equipment.The reasonable work range of paving speed was confirmed,and the formula with reasonable matching of mixing plant,transporter and paver was established.Simultaneously,based on the optimal allocation of one-time paving construction equipment,the mathematical model was established,which the minimum quadratic sum of the mechanical redundancy’s difference in each process was taken as the optimization goal.The results revealed that the threshold speed relevant to vibration parameter was existed during the paver operated.Only if the paving speed was lower than the threshold speed,the requirement of one-time paving could be achieved.Attributing to the mathematical model based on the optimal allocation,the reasonable equipment matching relationship and optimal combination sets of machine equipment could be obtained under constraint conditions.
