微型汽车车架轻量化研究

摘    要:以某微型汽车白车身为例,建立白车身的有限元模型,采用有限元法求得车架优化前白车身的动静态特性,计算结果为下一步车架轻量化设计提供参考依据.基于超单元法与灵敏度分析方法,以车架重量最小为目标函数,在保证白车身车架动静态特性不降低的前提下,优化微型汽车车架关键构件厚度.优化后的车架质量下降6.39%,白车身的弯曲刚度提高1.0%,白车身的一阶模态频率提高了0.41Hz.

Study on the Lightweighting of Micro-car Frame

Abstract:The finite element model for a micro-car body-in-white is established,using the finite element method to obtain the static and dynamic characteristics of BIW before optimization.The result provides reference for the frame lightweighting design.Based on superelement method and sensitivity analysis,making the minimum frame quality as the objective function,the thickness of frame key components is optimized to ensure the static and dynamic characteristics of BIW frame without reducing.After optimization,the frame quality is decreased by 6.39%,the bending stiffness of the BIW is improved by 1.0%,at the same time the first order modal frequency of the BIW is increased by 0.41 Hz.
