摘    要:原GJ—4型轨检车的轨距-轨向测量装置安装于轴箱上的轨距吊梁上。随着我国铁路行车速度不断提高,轨距吊梁相对于安装基准的位移加大,梁本身震动增大,造成轨距、轨向测量准确性显著下降,甚至有时无法检测,严重影响线路检查工作。为此对轨检车轨距-轨向系统进行改造。以激光摄像式轨距-轨向系统替换现有的光电伺服式轨距-轨向系统。采用加大延时的方法解决轨距轨向信号与其他检测信号的同步问题。数据处理系统的升级改造采用面向字节的同步协议优化传输数据,实现网络中资源共享、实时显示和几何波形打印,以及实时超限编辑和汇总资料打印。该项技术已在全路GJ—4型轨检车上推广使用。

Abstract:The gauge-alignment measurement device for former GJ--4 type track inspection car was installed on the gauge lifting beam of the journal box. With the continuous speed increase of Chinese national railway, the displacement of gauge lifting beam increased and exceeded the installation standard. The shaking of the beam itself also increased, which resulted in the significant decease in the accuracy of gauge-alignment measurement. Sometimes, track inspection was even unable to be done, which greatly affected the task for track inspection. Therefore, gauge-alignment measurement system for track inspection car needs to be upgraded. The current photoelectric servo gauge-alignment system is replaced by laser video camera gauge-alignment system. The synchronization problem between gauge-alignment signals and other inspected signals is solved by enlarging time-delay method. The upgrade for data processing system is achieved by adopting byte-oriented synchronous protocol to optimize and transmit data. Resource sharing in networks, real-time displaying, printing the geometric waveform diagrams, real-time overloading editing and printing summarized data are realized. This technique has been widely applied to all GJ--4 type track inspection cars.
