客运专线18号道岔转辙器整组吊装设计

摘    要:采用有限元方法,建立了客运专线18号道岔转辙器整组吊装分析模型,研究了起吊点数量对基本轨挠度及弯曲应力的影响.计算结果表明,基本轨最大挠度值和弯曲应力随吊点数的增加而减小。采用4吊点或6吊点设计均能满足客运专线18号道岔转辙器整组吊装要求,有条件的地方应尽是采用6吊点设计,以减小钢轨变形。

Abstract:An analysis model of hoisting the whole-set switch in passenger dedicated rail line 18# turnout was proposed using FEM. The effects of the quantity of the lifting points on the deflection and stress of stock rail were studied. The results show that the maximum deflection and stress of stock rail decreases with the increase of lifting points. The four or six lifting points can meet the requirement of hoisting the whole-set switch of passenger dedicated rail line 18# turnout. To decrease the deformation, the six lifting points should be used at first.
