正交优化设计在副连杆强度研究中的应用

摘    要:作者按正交试验法的原理编制了正交优化程序。对某柴油机副连杆,以衬套同连杆体的过盈度,两端到杆身连接圆弧的半径及杆身工字筋的壁厚作为设计变量;以最大破坏应力点的应力值同副连杆重量的乘积作为目标函数;在连杆尺寸只作较小变动,不影响原加工流水线条件下进行优化。 优化后,最大破坏应力在活塞端下降9.8%;在副销端下降5.8%;而副连杆的重量也减少了2.1%。 只要改变设计变量、约束条件和目标函数,本计算方法也能对其它零部件进行优化和适应其它优化问题。

Abstract:This thesis provides an normal optimum design program which includes the programming of quadrilateral isoparametric element computation. This program can optimize two-level and multi-variables design problems.The product of maximum stress and the weight of the articulated connecting-rod is taken as the objective function in this particular optimum design problem.Optimized results of this particular problem show that the maximum stress in the piston end of the articulated connecting-rod decreases by 9.8 percent; while in the other ead the maximum stress decreases by 5.8 percent and the weight of the articulated connecting-rod also decreases by 2.1 percent.This calculating method is also applicable to main connecting-rod design problems and can be extended to parts which are composed of different materials or parts which involve problems of clearance and interference fit.
