| Abstract: | The new ＂Compiling Method of Highway Engineering Capital Construction Project Investment Estimation＂ and ＂Highway Engineering Estimation Index＂ formally implemented since January 1,2012.According to the new rules of estimation compiling, this paper analyzed and summarized the difference between the old and new rules, provided the zuidance for later estimation ompiling work. |
