摘    要:目的 探讨同型半胱氨酸 (Hcy)与高血压病、冠心病的关系。研究与Hcy相关的某些因素。 方法 高血压病患者 30人 ,对照组 30人 ,冠心病患者 2 3人 ,用酶联免疫吸附法进行血Hcy的测定 ,同时测定血叶酸 (FA)、维生素B12 (VitB12 )及血脂的浓度。结果 ①三组间在性别、年龄、吸烟情况上分布均衡 ,无显著性差异。②高血压病患者血Hcy显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,冠心病患者血Hcy非常显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。③年龄与Hcy有非常显著的正相关性 (P =0 .0 0 1)。④高血压病患者FA及VitB12 水平与对照组无显著性差异。⑤Hcy与FA、VitB12 及血脂均无相关性。结论 Hcy与高血压病有关 ,它的升高可能参与某些人高血压的发生及造成血管病变。Hcy是冠心病的一个新的危险因素。

Abstract:Objective To analyse the relationship between homocysteine (Hcy) and hypertension and coronary heart disease (CHD), and to study factors related to it. Methods We measured the levels of Hcy in plasma by enzyme immunoassay, levels of folate acid (FA), vitamin B 12 and lipids. Results ①By balanced test, there was no difference in sex, age and smoking among the three groups. ②Levels of plasma Hcy were higher in hypertensive patients than those in controls (P<0.05). Levels of Hcy in patients with CHD were markedly higher than in controls (P<0.01). ③There was a significantly positive correlation between age and levels of Hcy (P=0.001). ④There was no discrepancy in levels of FA and vitamin B 12 between hypertensive patients and controls. ⑤There were no significant correlations between Hcy and FA, vitamin B 12 and lipids. Conclusion Hcy is related to hypertension. Elevated level of Hcy is probably one of the causes of hypertension in some individuals. Therefore, Hcy is a new risk factor to CHD.
