摘    要:职业院校教育不够强、质量不够高,原因之一是职业教育中的"三教——教师、教材、教法"存在问题。"三教"改革是推进课堂革命、实现高效课堂、提高课堂教学质量的重要突破口~(1])。本文就"教法"方面对汽车专业汽车服务礼仪课程教学过程中存在的问题进行探索与研究,旨在增强高职院校汽车服务礼仪专业教师的授课能力,提高学生的主体地位,提高汽车专业学生的服务意识和专业技能,培养符合社会发展需要、企业需求且具备一定职业能力和职业素养的合格毕业生。

The Exploration and Application of Differentiation and Analysis in the Course Teaching of"Car Service Etiquette"under the Background of"Three Educations"Reform

Abstract:Vocational education is not strong enough and the quality is not high enough.One of the reasons is that there are problems in the"three teachings---teachers,teaching materials and teaching methods"in vocational education.The reform of"three teachings"is an important breakthrough to promote classroom revolution,realize effi cient classrooms,and improve classroom teaching quality.This article explores and researches the problems existing in the teaching process of automobile service etiquette courses in terms of"teaching methods",and aims to enhance the teaching ability of teachers of automobile service etiquette majors in higher vocational colleges,improve the main status of students,and improve the automobile profession students’sense of service,and professional skills,which will cultivate qualifi ed graduates who meet the needs of social development and the needs of enterprises,possessing certain professional abilities and qualities.
