| Abstract: | The reason for the formation of the secondary fl ow mark defects in the hood of a compact SUV is described and analyzed,and the mechanism leading to the formation of the secondary fl ow mark in the hood of a compact SUV is discussed.It mainly discusses and analyzes the formation of electrophoretic secondary fl ow mark defects from many aspects such as painting process,body product structure and workpiece interlayer coating black glue process,and provides some prevention and solution methods. |
