白车身生产尺寸监控中在线测量技术的应用研究

摘    要:在以往的白车身生产尺寸监控中,监控残差高。为此,研究白车身生产尺寸监控中在线测量技术的应用。调整监控点测量位置分布,将在线测量技术主要运用在车门匹配、行李箱盖匹配以及发动机罩盖匹配等方面,并在每一个区域设置10个监控点;在此基础上,沿用传统的尺寸偏差值6σ,计算白车身生产尺寸监控频次;在监控点得到的白车身生产尺寸数据中剔除采样误差,进而输出精准的白车身生产尺寸监控结果。实验结果表明,设计监控方法得到的残差最高0.210;对照组残差最高为0.748,设计监控方法下的残差明显低于对照组,可以实现对白车身生产尺寸的精准监控。

Research on the Application of Online Measurement Technology in the Production Dimension Monitoring of Body-in-White

Abstract:In the previous body-in-white production size monitoring,the monitoring residual was high.For this reason,the application of online measurement technology in the production size monitoring of the body-in-white is studied.The study adjusts the measurement position distribution of monitoring points,uses online measurement technology mainly in door matching,trunk lid matching and engine cover matching,and sets up 10 monitoring points in each area.On this basis,the study continues to use traditional size deviation to calculate the body-inwhite production size monitoring frequency,eliminate sampling errors from the body-in-white production size data obtained at the monitoring point,and then output accurate body-in-white production size monitoring results.The experimental results show that the maximum residual error obtained by the design monitoring method is 0.210;the maximum residual error of the control group is 0.748,and the residual error under the design monitoring method is signifi cantly lower than that of the control group,which can achieve precise monitoring of the body-in-white production size.
