| 摘 要： | 本文通过对汽车生产制造过程中存在的质量管控问题进行分析阐述,说明了质量管控对标管理的现实意义,指出对标范围涵盖面的局限性、人员素质与执行力建设弱化,以及质检技术不达对产品质量影响的不足等问题现象,进一步探究产品质量管理的体系建设与解决方案、路径实现的方法等,从根本上补足车企对于质量管理的短板,具有一定的借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | This article analyzes and elaborates on the quality control problems that exist in the automobile manufacturing process,explains the practical signifi cance of quality control benchmarking management,and points out the limitations of the scope of benchmarking,the weakening of the quality of personnel and execution.Insuffi cient inspection technology affects product quality and other problems.The article further explores product quality management system construction and solutions,path realization methods,etc.,to fundamentally complement the shortcomings of car companies in quality management,which has a certain reference effect. |
