| 摘 要： | 进入“十二五”时期，国家加大了对农村公路建设的资金投入力度，实施集中连片贫困地区农村公路建设项目。为把握好建设技术标准，结合贫困地区农村公路建设的实际，把农村公路建设区分为四种类型，分类确定技术标准，充分利用老路资源，修建节约、环保、安全的农村公路。

| Abstract: | In the 12th Five-Year Plan period, the investment on rural highway construction increases greatly in China, and the rural highway construction projects in concentrated distributed areas are imple-mented. In order to understand the technical standards of construction, the rural highway construction ar-eas are categorized into four types combining with the reality of rural highway construction in poor area. The technical standards are confirmed according to the classification for optimizing the use of resources and constructing economical, environment-friendly and safe rural highway. |
