摘    要:用~3H和地高辛配基标记肿瘤坏死因子-αcDNA探针以及原位杂文技术检测33例子宫颈癌和28例阴道尖锐湿疣活检标本中的TNF mRNA。结果表明,两种标记探针原位杂交结果基本一致,~3H标记探针敏感性稍高于地高辛配基标记探针。但放射性核素探针的固有缺点及非同位素探针的安全、快速、方便使非同位素探针有着日益广泛的应用前景。

Abstract:The TNA mRNA expression in 33 samples of cervical carcinoma and 28 samples of condyloma have been observed by using ~3H and Digoxigenin labeled TNF—α cDNA probes and in situ hybridization technique, we found that the results of in situ hybrdfzation with these two kinds of labeled probes were alike, the sensitivity with ~3H labeled probe was slightly higher than that with Digoxigenin labeled probe. Nevertheless, the nonisotope probe would be used more and more in future because of its safety, rapidity and convenience in work.
