摘    要:以特殊醇和金属铝为原料制备液态金属醇盐.研究了醇盐水解过程中减压蒸馏温度、水解比例对醇盐水解产物的影响.采用XRD、激光粒度分析仪、光学显微镜对水解产物进行了性能检测.结果表明:不同减压蒸馏干燥温度下醇盐水解所得产物均为拟薄水铝石相;在54℃减压蒸馏干燥,醇盐与水摩尔比为1:3条件下,醇盐水解产物的粒度小,粒径分布窄,粉体粒度均匀.

Abstract:Liquid metal alkoxide was synthesized by using aluminum and special alcohol as raw materials. The effects of vacuum distillation temperature and hydrolysis ratio on the product of alkoxide hydrolysis were studied. The results obtained by XRD, laser particle sizer, and optical microscope show that the phases of the hydrolysis product at different vacuum distillation drying temperature are all boehmite. On the condition of vacuum distillation drying at 54℃ and alkoxide and water molar ratio of 1 : 3, small size particles can be obtained with very narrow particle size distribution.
