| 摘 要： | 为解决造船项目层次计划缺乏对应关系的问题,提出了基于现代船舶工程分解结构(MSWBS)的造船项目层次网络计划模型.通过分析MSWBS的特点,探讨MSWBS的分解原则、方法,在考虑MSWBS结构与网络图工序对应关系的基础上,提出了将MSWBS结构与任务依赖关系统一描述的造船项目层次网络计划模型.最后给出了一应用实例,说明该模型的可行性和实用性.

| Abstract: | In order to solve the consistency problem of hierarchical plan for shipbuilding,a hierarchical network planning model based on Modern Ship Work Breakdown Structure(MSWBS) was proposed.By analyzing the characteristics of MSWBS,the MSWBS dissolution rules and method were provided.Based on the relationship between MSWBS and project,a hierarchical network planning was proposed.Finally,an example was provided to illustrate the feasibility and practicality of this model. |
