摘    要:本文以6RT-flex58T-D柴油机为例,对其共轨技术特性进行了分析,阐述了其实现喷油操作的基本原理,并针对该共轨系统的一例喷射控制阀(ICV)故障展开了分析,详细阐述了故障排除过程,同时提出了针对电控共轨柴油机管理方面的建议,对轮机员的日常工作有较好的借鉴意义。

Abstract:Taking 6 rt-flex58 t-d diesel engine as an example, this paper analyzes its common rail technical characteristics, expounds the basic principle of its fuel injection operation, and analyzes a case of ICV failure of the common rail system, expounds the troubleshooting process in detail, which has a good reference for the daily work of the engineers. At the same time, some suggestions on the management of electronically controlled common rail diesel engine are put forward.
