| Abstract: | This paper introduces the background of coordinated innovation and the significance of personnel training coordinated innovation in colleges and universities ; analyses the successful experience of domestic colleges and uni- versities in personnel training based on the special perspective of enhancing the university＇ s teaching quality and scientific and technological innovation capacity; discusses the practice of maritime personnel training coordinated innovation in Guangzhou Maritime College according to the special requirements of maritime personnel training. |
