Discussion of the Gravity Center Method for the Selection of Logistics Distribution Center Location

Selection of logistics distribution center location is one important link in modern logistics system planning. Among site selection methods, the most common is the gravity center method. But, there are some neglected problems in using this method, one is how to introduce the gravity center method; the other is whether the final iteration scheme is the best？ In this paper the introduction and the derivation of the formula were discussed in detail, the corresponding improvement was made for the previous iterative scheme.
