摘    要:整车电量平衡试验即为发电机(或DC-DC)、蓄电池输出的电能与整车用电器的电能损耗形成一种平衡且比较稳定的状态,随着汽车用电系统的不断增加,电路系统的设计也越来越复杂,整车电平衡测试对于整车电器开发的重要性也更加的突出。在本文中,笔者以一款混动车型的电平衡测试为背景,对测试方法以及评价准则进行详述,为混动车型电平衡试验提供指导。

Vehicle Electric Balance Test based on a Hybrid Vehicle

Abstract:The vehicle power balance test means that the electrical energy output by the generator(or DC-DC)and the battery and the electrical energy loss of the vehicle electrical appliances form a balanced and relatively stable state.With the continuous increase of vehicle electrical systems,the design of circuit systems is becoming more and more complex,and the importance of vehicle electrical balance testing for the development of vehicle electrical appliances is also more prominent.In this article,the author takes the electric balance test of a hybrid vehicle as a background,describes the test methods and evaluation criteria,and provides guidance for the electric balance test of the hybrid vehicle.
